OUR EXPERIENCE

Kinetic Flow, Corp. (Kinetic Flow) is an independent research and consulting firm that provides [consulting] services to human service agencies – those supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse issues and people who are aging. Kinetic Flow was founded in 2000 and is focused on meeting the needs of service organizations by providing quality improvement/assurance information, market research, and proposal/grant writing.

Capabilities Overview. Kinetic Flow partners with state, federal, non-profit and private organizations to provide information and consulting services and quality improvement/assurance activities, to assist them in fulfilling strategic and service-related goals. Primarily, Kinetic Flow provides research, business development, proposal and grant writing, and project management services. Using these core competencies, Kinetic Flow works with organizations to:

• Assess the quality of services and supports, including Satisfaction (Individual, Client, Provider, Employee), Service Delivery, Fiscal Effectiveness/Efficiency and Individual Outcome Measures (Goal Achievement, Quality of Life or Clinical Measures);
• Gauge the organization’s performance on public policy, legislative policy and compliance issues;
• Measure cost effectiveness of programs as they relate to goal achievement, service delivery and organizational missions;
• Partner with organizations, their boards of directors, staff and community to bring about person-centered quality improvements; and
• Provide organization and business development services - consulting, training, facilitation, planning, internal assessment, grant writing and training.

• XenologiX. XenologiX is experienced in designing, developing and implementing studies ranging from Behaviors, Clinical Measures, Outcomes Research, Quality of Life, Satisfaction and Quality. XenologiX provides the full spectrum of research services, primarily in the human services fields.
• DSC Services, Inc. DSC Services is the one stop shop for all of your on-line surveys, data processing and on-line reporting needs. We use the latest state of the art hardware along with our proprietary Eclipse Info-Direct™ Reporting system to provide the fastest turnaround in the industry today!
• MRC Research Group. MRC Research Group provides telephone research services, focus group/test/screening facilities, intercepts, etc.
• R.J. Swarr Consulting. R.J. Swarr Consulting provides organizational development services, including training and coaching in teamwork and team forming, organizational mission/vision/value definition, personal coach, 360 work and personal development.
• Sherry Beamer and Associates/The Board Resource Center/Noble Affiliates. Sherry Beamer & Associates has been in business since 1993 working as change agents in the lives of people with disabilities. SHERRY BEAMER AND ASSOCIATES works with service provider agencies, case managers, government agencies, and individuals helping to ensure that services provided are quality programs that help people with disabilities take charge of their own lives to become productive, fulfilled, happy members of their community.
• ARC Industries, Ventura. Arc Industries provides mailing services, assembly and paper creation services.
